  • You cancel your order within the eligible cancellation window (see Section 2 below).

Refund eligibility is determined after a full review of your service record and communication history.


2. Cancellations

  • Before Service Start: If you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time, you will receive a full refund.

  • Within 24 Hours of Service: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time may incur a cancellation fee of up to 30% of the service cost.

  • After Service Has Started: Once the service begins, refunds are not typically issued unless there is a verified service failure.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • The issue is due to customer-provided incorrect information, unsafe conditions, or restricted access.

  • The customer refuses reasonable attempts at correction or reservice.

  • The service was fully completed as described and confirmed by the customer.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our customer care team at info@anytimeservice.com within 7 days of your service date.

  2. Provide your service ID, contact details, and a brief description of your concern.

  3. Our team will investigate and respond within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method.


5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare cases of emergencies, technical errors, or duplicate payments, Anytime Service reserves the right to issue a full or partial goodwill refund, even if the above criteria are not met.


6. Policy Updates

Anytime Service reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our official website.
